Stretching Gets Results
You do not have to have back pain to get the benefits of daily stretches. Muscles, tendons, and ligaments will tend to get stiff if not used regularly. Stretching each day will help keep your joints flexible and less susceptible to pain. Before you do any back pain exercises you should always start out with stretches to help loosen up the muscles. Failure to do this could result in serious back pain and even damage to the surrounding area.
Daily stretching can help keep the muscles pliable and possibly even prevent the onset of arthritis. You can do your daily stretching even on the days you do not exercise.
