Last, but not least, is the patch test. This is where the doctor will place the allergen on a patch and place that patch on you. These three ways are the most popular ways of finding out what you are allergic to. Not only that, but you can find out how the allergen has to get in your body, whether it has to be injected, scratched, or just come in contact with.

In most cases, hives do not need any kind of treatment at all. The only time that you have to worry is when you find that the hives are starting to cut off your airways.
