Anxiety is the tense, unsettling anticipation of a threatening but vague event; a feeling of uneasy suspense. It is a negative affect so closely related to fear that in many circumstances the two terms are used interchangeably; like anxiety, fear also is a combination of tension and unpleasant anticipation. But distinctions can be made between the causes, duration and maintenance of fear and of anxiety.

Escaping of anxiety irritating situations is a common response that can be so great that your relative is afraid to do almost anything. Anxiety is also usually accompanied by increased physiological arousal, such as greater perspiration, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, muscular tension, trembling, and agitation.

Home Remedies for Anxiety

Do not hide your worries and fears. Talk to family members or friends you can trust about you worries and the injustices you have suffered. Emotional release is a good, natural necessity in mental health. When you share them, the toxicity disappears.

When anxiety arises, try to say few numbers from one to twenty or saying tables etc. In this way also you can control your anxiety.
