Here are represent some of the effective home remedies for sprains.

Application of almond oil and garlic oil over the affected area is one of the best remedy for sprains.

Put the outer leaves of cabbage in hot water. Apply it over the sprain andkeep it for 10 to 15 minutes. This is one of the useful ho me remedies for sprain .

Place some cold compresses over the affected area. This is highly effective for sprain. It also reduces the pain.

Application of black coffee is also very much beneficial for curing sprains.

Rubbing the affected are with few drops of lavender oil is one of the natural remedy for sprains.

Put some epsom salt in bath tub ans take bath. This will help to reduce pain.

Wrap the affected area with chopped onions. This will work wonderfully for sprains.
