Natural Home Remedies for Male Sterility










Sterility refers to the inability to reproduce. In males it refers to the incapability of a man to fertilize the female egg. In females it refers to the inability of a female to conceive and give birth to a living baby.

Causes of Male Sterility
The various causes of male sterility are:
  • Failure of the testes to produce sperm
  • Low levels of sperm
  • Any kind of infection in the seminal tracts
  • High pesticide residue in foods because pesticides are harmful in sperm production
Home Remedies for Male Sterility

Good amount of vitamin C should be included in the diet as it protects the sperm from oxidative damage. The recommended dose is 1 gram per day. This is a good home remedy for sterility.

An amino acid arginine is needed for normal sperm production. Regular intake of this amino acid increases the production and quality of sperm. 4 grams of arginine is recommended per day for 3-4 months. This is a good home remedies for sterility.

Vitamin B12 is highly beneficial for normal fertility. Its doze should be taken in consultation to a doctor as the amount of doze varies from person to person.

Liberal amount of mineral zinc should be included in the diet as zinc deficiency reduces the levels of tester one. It is recommended in the doze of 25 grams thrice a day. This is also good home remedy for sterility.

Animal foods, fried foods, junk foods and white sugar products should be avoided. This is not a good diet for sterility.

Men with low sperm count should strictly avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. This is an effective sterility remedy.

Regular moderate exercise is considered best for men and women both.

Causes of Female Sterility
The various causes of female sterility are:
  • Hormonal disorders
  • Ovary disorders
  • Less production of hormone estrogen
  • Blockage in the fallopian tubes

Diet for sterility – The eggplant is highly valuable in overcoming the female sterility. Tenderly cook the eggplants and eat with buttermilk daily for a month.

Application of mudpacks to the abdomen and sexual organs is also beneficial. This is a good home remedies for sterility.

A cold-water hipbath is also effective as it increases the circulation of blood and removes all kinds of sexual abnormalities. This is a good home remedy for sterility.

Sterlity cure – The roots of banyan tree are also valuable. Mix dried and powdered banyan roots with milk and should be consumes at night for three days after the menstrual periods are over and should be taken again after the completion of periods every month. This is an effective natural remedy for sterility.

An infusion of the fresh leaves of jambul fruits taken with honey is an effective remedy against sterility.

Various yogasanas that are beneficial for the sterility treatment are sarvangasana, matsyasana, ardhamatsyendrasana, paschimottanasana and shallabhasana are the effective natural remedies for sterility.

The nutrients like vitamin C, E and mineral zinc are also necessary for the sterility treatment. The daily recommended doze is 1000mg vitamin C, 100 I.U vitamin E and 30 mg of zinc.
