What is Gingivitis?

Gingivitis is a disease which related with irritation or inflammation of gums. It means heavy blood secrets from the gums due to bad oral cleanliness. It is not a chronic disease but sometimes it is very painful and leads to other serious problems like periodontitis, tooth loss, damage of bone on mouth part. Sometimes bad oral smell is coming from the mouth.

Home Remedies for Gingivitis

First and foremost is keeping the oral hygiene. One has to brush regularly with herbal toothpaste and herbal mouthwash.

Take some clove oil and rub it on the gums. It may burn but very good for gingivitis. You can also keep the clove in your mouth and chew slowly. This is one of the good home remedies for gingivitis.

Try to include the toothpaste containing mint, babool, neem, holy basil etc these are very good disinfectant. They not only prevent the infection to spread, but also try to reduce the inflammation. It is an effective remedy for gingivitis.
