Home Remedies for Hay Fever

When the runny nose is the result of an allergy, the condition is called Hay Fever. Most Hay Fever is a reaction to plant pollens and popularly known as allergic rhinitis. You can add some honey to boiled minced grapefruit and lemon. You can consume this solution thrice a day. It is an effective cure for hay fever. This is one of the good home remedies for hay fever.

To stop the irritation in the nose, you can apply little petroleum jelly inside the nostrils.

You can boil chamomile in the water and inhale the fumes from the water. This will open up the blocked nose in hay fever. It is one of the common home remedies for hay fever.
